Original Research and Commercial Appeal Abstract Submissions
Abstracts of original research, for presentation as orals or posters, or covering topics of commercial appeal are invited to be presented at the above Conference. Submitted abstracts must be original, topical, and current.
Participants wishing to contribute to the scientific programme of the Conference are kindly requested to submit their abstracts before 31 January 2024.

Abstract Guidelines
Original research papers are defined as those that cover specific, new, and original research(es) that have not been previously accepted for publication in a journal, presented in another conference or be under review at another conference.
Commercial appeal for abstract submissions focusing on new applications of scientific research papers with an appeal to farmers, key players or stakeholders of agro-allied firms, consumers or even agribusiness experts who are either in the academia or research domains or in food supply chains
The abstract should contain the following sections:
• Introduction
• Methodology
• The most important finding of the study and a brief discussion
• Conclusions and policy implications
The Abstracts should not exceed 500 words excluding the abstract title and keywords.
The introduction should give a brief background of the research topic, followed by a brief description of the methodology used in the study should be given. The results and discussion section should give a summary of the most significant findings highlighting any trends or points of interest. This is followed by a short discussion on the significance and implications of the research (a take-home message).
At least one author of the paper must register in full to attend the conference and present the paper/poster if the submission is accepted.
Acceptance / Rejection Notification
The scientific programme committee will review all submitted abstracts and reserves the right to accept or reject any abstract. Selected abstracts will be presented as oral or poster presentations. Authors of abstracts accepted will receive notification and information regarding their presentation by 15 February 2024.
All authors will be informed in writing of the details concerning the exact time and date of their presentation. Poster presenters will be notified of the poster size and guideline in writing as well.
